SHIPPING & HANDLING

We offer an extensive selection of 14k discount gold jewelry, gold chain, necklaces, 14k gold bracelets, 14 karat gold earrings, 14k gold bangles, religious medals, zodiac pendants, diamond tennis bracelets, and other 14 karat gold jewelry.

1. S&H CHARGES: Standard shipping and handling charges are $7.95 per order under $600.00 and are waived on domestic, standard delivery orders totalling more than $600.00.

2. DELIVERY TIMES: Our standard delivery time is two weeks. Seven (7) day expedited service is available at $17.75 per order under $600.00 and $9.80 for orders over $600.00. Delivery times for special order items may vary and cannot be guaranteed. All items are shipped via insured USPS First Class Mail, 2/3 Day Priority Mail, Express Mail, or United Parcel Service (UPS) unless otherwise specified by our Clients. Postal Carriers will not leave insured deliveries at the specified address unless an authorized person is available to sign for the delivery. Special considerations will be made to facilitate delivery times if at all possible. If you have a specific "must have by" delivery date, please indicate this date in the comment section of the order form. Also note: that Clients paying by personal check must add another ten (10) business days to our standard delivery time. Discount Gold Exchange assumes no further responsibility for deliveries to "in care of addresses" or offices once the shipment has been delivered to the authorized address by the selected carrier and signed for. Again, normal delivery time is two weeks and expedited delivery is usually seven days; however, Clients working with specific time deadlines should contact us at 800-634-0930 to be sure of delivery dates.

3. MULTIPLE ORDERS: All orders received within seventy-two (72) hours of each other will be considered as one order when determining shipping and handling charges. Please note that Clients wishing to ship to multiple addresses must submit a separate order form for each "Ship To" address.

4. SALES AND USE TAXES: The appropriate local and state sales taxes will be charged on all merchandise shipped to addresses within the State of New York. Clients are solely responsible for paying sales taxes or any other applicable local or state taxes on items shipped to addresses outside the State of New York. 5. SECURITY TAGS All items are shippped with security tags. If these tags are removed or tampered with, the item cannot be returned. Upon receiving their purchase, Clients should verify that the items received are in fact the items they ordered. Do not remove the security tag until you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Security tags must be removed by cutting the plastic cord with a scissors to prevent damage to the item. Do not attempt to break the plastic cord by physically pulling it apart.
