2. Duplicate Friend registrations are credited to the first Client to register his or her friend. Duplicate registrations are disregarded without notice to the referring Client.
3. Merchandise Award Credits have no cash value and expire two years after the date they are earned. Any accumulated Merchandise Award Credits are automatically credited to the Client's next order, but cannot be applied to shipping and handling charges.
4. Modifications. The Discount Gold Exchange (TM) reserves the right to modify or cancel this and other promotional programs at its sole discretion at any time, and without notice.
